How to make brimonidine tartrate
It has a dual mechanism of action by reducing the production of fluid inside the eye and increasing its outflow through the skin.
Medical uses of Phagan B
It is used to reduce high eye pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
How to use Phagan B
The dosage is three times daily, approximately 8 hours apart.
Doses may be changed under special circumstances, so always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital immediately.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.

Breastfeeding: It is not known whether bimatoprost passes into breast milk.

Warnings and precautions when taking Phagan B
It is very important that your eye doctor checks your progress at regular visits to ensure that the medication is working properly and is not causing unwanted effects.

If you or your child has an eye injury or infection, or needs eye surgery, talk to your doctor right away.
You may need to change or stop using your medication.

Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you.
This medicine may increase the effects of alcohol and other central nervous system depressants (medicines that make you sleepy or less alert).
Some examples of CNS depressants are antihistamines, allergy medications, sedatives, sleeping medications, prescription pain medications, narcotics, seizure medications, barbiturates, muscle relaxants, or anesthetics, including some dental anesthetics.
